Minha Faxina App (Android)
Launch of a proprietary app on the Google Play Store, connecting those seeking on-demand residential cleaning services with freelance professionals who provide them. The solution is 100% automated, registered with the INPI, and was developed using Figma and Bubble.
I was directly involved in business strategy, market research, innovation, UX/UI, and all development stages (benchmarking, prototyping, testing, launch, and validation with end-users). Additionally, I led the entire project in collaboration with the outsourced software development team.
Benefits Management System
The proposed system allows the registration of employees according to hierarchy, and the configuration and editing of benefits packages also according to hierarchy, thus linking both.
Other functions were also included, such as a notification system, data export to Excel or PDF, password recovery and user feedback.
Once logged into the system, employees respond to a short profile survey where they are directed to the ideal plan, with a suggestion of the second one that best meets their needs.
Product Design
Projects developed in SolidWorks with complete technical documentation for industrial production, encompassing the product lifecycle, technical drawings, materials, molds, electronic components, finishes, hardware, budgets, and timelines.
These projects are tailored to various sectors, including packaging, lighting, furniture, household utilities, and residential climate control.
